It seems like when it says that let it dry (primer) for a minute it will not be totally dry but it will do the job then you can apply the compound. Thank you [REDACTED NAME] --- I also have seen this video, unfortunately this video does not help as it is made for someone reassembling an entire engine, I am just replacing the seal, the process is much different and involves the same loctite compounds in different stages being applied differently, I'm unable to use the injection valves to inject sealant as I would need to disassemble the entire engine in order to clean the ducts used to carry the sealant to the rear and front main seals. I have to apply the primer directly to the seams of the engine, I spoke with Henkel/Loctite in Germany and was told the primer should be completely dry before applying compound 193140. --- Good to hear back from you [REDACTED NAME].
