The support included PC tune up, Virus removal, installation for any application for the device etc. Skillful in resolving software issues since joined Microsoft support before as a consultant. Scope of support was any relation to the brand but not limited to ranging from Windows XP,Vista,7 and 8 and their versions;MS Office;MS Outlook;Virus removal,PC optimization and other Microsoft applications recognized. Also familiar with handling basic issues/configuration for Android phones and apps.
